This sauce has a bit, but not too hot. Made from Black Doris plums with a spicy tang. This made with Black Doris Plums, Garlic, Black Pepper, Ground Cloves, Ground Ginger, Nutmeg, Cayenne Pepper, Salt, Brown Sugar and Malt Vinegar.
