Blackcurrants are sourced from orchards during the season and frozen to ensure taste and quality. This product has Blackcurrants, sugar and a little water. The sugar has been reduced so the blackcurrant flavour is more prominent than the sweetness of sugar. This has also given this jam quite a bit to it.
