Tamarillo's are locally sourced from a orchard. This recipe has a tang to it but does not over ride the taste of the Tamarillo's. This product is made with Tamarillo's, Onions, Apples. Salt, Mustard, Mixed Spice, Brown Sugar and Malt Vinegar.
